The property consists of blocks entering mature production, which have begun bearing fruit. This includes 32 acres of Cara Cara navels planted in 2019, 6 acres of Cara Cara navels planted in 2021, and 18 acres of Ruby Red grapefruit planted in 2021.
FarmTogether buys and sells farmland and partners with local operators, negotiates service agreements, and ensures sustainable farmland practices to provide investment opportunities with the potential for long-term income generation.
