Woodland Pistacio Orchard is located in Yolo County, California – one of the most productive and diverse agriculture regions in the state. The orchard borders the Sacramento River.
Kerman pistachios make up 100% of Woodland’s 104 net acres. The trees were planted in the 1980s and should remain at peak production. The orchard is adjacent to FarmTogether‘s Stanley Pistachio Orchard, and 11 miles from the city of Sacramento.
FarmTogether buys and sells farmland and partners with local operators, negotiates service agreements, and ensures sustainable farmland practices to provide investment opportunities with the potential for long-term income generation.
